Driven by the agricultural cycle at Beltane Ranch, each unique dinner features four courses sourced from the ranch, prepared by Estate Chef Kim Cosway and paired with a selection of estate wines. Hosted and served by our team and family and enjoyed in authentic and unique settings.

This warm and immersive experience is a ticketed event open to Club Members and their guests. Ticket price is inclusive of meal and wine pairings. Historically we shared one long table. About CHEF KIM
Inspired by the opportunity to cook something fresh and different every day – and work straight from the garden – Chef Kim came to us from the Heartwood Provisions in Seattle. She works with our team to design and plant the ingredients for her food and often forages for seasonal additions and garnishes. She pulls flavors from a variety of cuisines and prepares her menus with an inspired hand, often over an open fire, soaking up the elements. When not in the kitchen, she jumps in to help with all the processes of the cycle at Beltane Ranch, pruning grapevines, shaping wines in the cellar and helping guests at the inn. Her style is fresh and unique, and we can’t wait to enjoy these meals together.
Meals at Beltane Ranch highlight a bounty of fresh heirloom produce from our regeneratively farmed garden and orchard, olive oil from our groves, honey from our hives and our heritage estate wines.
