MINDFULNESS IN NATURE

Introduction to Mindful Meditation with Paula

“Nature is a reflection of ourselves. The more we are connected to our inner landscape the more connection we will have to our outer experience. There is a way that nature speaks, that the land speaks. Most of the time we are not still enough to hear its’ story”

About PAULA

Paula has been studying mindfulness and meditation for the last 7 years. Her journey began to find relief from the pressures of being a Chef and unhealthy relationship with stress. Paula has since studied mindfulness with a variety of teachers, completing training and retreats in Myanmar, India, Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Tibet and locally in the USA. Paula has just returned in January from a 30 day silent meditation retreat at a Thai forest monastery and tries to enter into silence at least 30 days each year. She is very passionate about retreat and everyday mindfulness practice. Paula is currently studying with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach to earn her mindfulness teacher certification. Around the ranch you can find her baking some cookies, managing a wedding, arranging flowers and chatting with chickens.
